Job Description:-
- Primary Responsibility :1st point of contact for Store IT Issues / Project / Activities Incident / Request Management.
- Interacting with customers, understand their issue and create tickets against it.
- Should perform the troubleshooting on basic issue like password reset, software installation/uninstallation/reinstallation.
- Should perform FLT process and analysis the route cause issue then coordinate with Network team with all details.
- Monitoring of ITSM Ticketing Tool, ensure tickets are handled/updated/resolved in timely manner within SLA.
- Raise request with respective OEM/Vendors team for HW issues and follow up till its closure and keep the pending HW tickets in his bin till closure Follow Up with respective Domain team / Vendor on Pending call till closer.
- Communicate & Coordinate with Application support team/Network team at first level Should Have the knowledge of IT Escalations Matrix & Should have all the contact details of all Peer Domain team
- Updating Tracker, Report to next level. Inform and update every issue and update to Team lead, Team Lead and ZITM
- Maintaining IT Asset Inventory. Update Reports (PAV / hygiene / Daily call / Projects)
- Do store visits as per schedule, share its compliance/project activity progress report / NSO visits- on need basis for new store Opening Support
- Maintaining Compliance for his respective Stores.
